What surface types can be used?

Currently the only surface type outside we will use is real grass, we will not set up on concrete, block paving, gravel or artificial grass. When setting up all anchor points of the inflatable need to be within the area.Click here for a site survey

What happens in the event of adverse weather?

The law states that no inflatable is to be used with wind speeds over 24mph. unfortunately this is something we have no control of we always try to give as much notice as we can if we have to cancel due to wind speeds but they can change daily. The most reliable source we have found is https://www.metoffice.gov.uk/

Our Party Tents will be cancelled for your safety if wind speeds are over 30mph (15mph if on Hard Surface i.e Concrete)

I'm unsure if the product I'm booking will fit

All required sizes and surface types are listed for each product, if you are unsure on any of these please get in touch. Safety is our number one priority we have been through all relevant training to work correctly and safely. If on delivery you have selected the wrong surface type or not measured correctly, this is something that is out of our hands and unfortunately nothing can be done, please read the terms and conditions on booking. I have a field next to my property can it go there?

Some customers don't have enough room in there own garden but have a field on the other side of the fence. As long as you seek the permission from the landowner or council we can set up. This is the hirers responsibility to obtain the permission not ours. Garden Inspection

Can I cancel my booking?

If for any reason you choose to cancel your booking;

A notice period of 7 or more days within the hire date you will be given a credit note of the total amount paid minus deposit.

A notice period of 7-3 days within the hire date we will require 50% of the booking to be paid if you have paid in full you will receive a credit note of 50% of the total booking.

3 days or less we still require 100% payment.

If you decide that the date or product needs to be changed this will incur a £20 admin fee.

This is to cover all cost factors such as booking fee, loss of earnings as we are unlikely to have that unit hired out to another customer within the timescale, Organising and payment of staff arranged.

Can I book for overnight?

Only certain products are available for multiple days, the overnight option will show whilst booking. if you are unsure which products are available for overnight please get in touch. All overnight hires have to be in a secure fenced garden, sorry we can't leave them in a public place overnight. We require 2 forms of ID for overnight bookings both for the name of the person booking and with the same address of delivery. Product will be collected the following day between 18:00&19:00

Charity Events / Raffle Prizes

Unfortunately we can't help every charity or raffle prizes, but we do try our most to help we set aside every year a certain amount that we offer. If this is something you are after please drop us an email with all information such as charity numbers, dates, location etc info@mmpartybouncers.co.uk

Do you accept last minute bookings?

Yes we do, we get a lot of last minute bookings. The only extra we require is 2 forms of ID of the name of the hire and address of delivery.

Delivery & Collection Times

All inflatables are usually delivered between 7:00 - 11:00 Collected 17:30 - 19:30

All Party Tents are usually delivered between 11:00-15:00 Collected 10:00 - 15:00

All Hot Tubs are usually delivered between 18:00 - 20:00 Thursdays, Collected 18:00-20:00 Wednesdays

A more accurate time will be given the day before delivery
