If the Hirer is in any doubt as to the meaning of the following, a representative from M & M should immediately be consulted. THE HIRER will, during the period of the hiring, be responsible for the supervision of the equipment, its care, safety from damage however slight of any sort, and the behaviour of all persons of all ages using the equipment whatever their capacity, including proper supervision of children to ensure children under school age use the equipment separately to older children or adults. MAXIMUM AGE allowed to use this equipment is 16 years and under,(unless suitable for adults) failure to observe this limit at any time during the hire period will render the hirer liable for associated repair costs. THE HIRER shall not use the equipment for any purpose other than that described in the hiring agreement, and shall not sub-hire or use the equipment or allow the equipment to be used for any unlawful purpose or in any unlawful way, nor allow anyone onto the equipment wearing shoes, spectacles, carrying sharp objects, key-rings, metal studded clothing or any other similar items which could cause damage to others or the equipment. No food or drink is to be taken onto or consumed on the equipment. No Party Poppers, Balloons with confetti,Coloured streamers or Silly String should be taken, thrown or sprayed onto the equipment, these materials permanently stain the material and the hirer will be liable to compensate M&M in the event of damage. THE HIRER shall be deemed to have inspected the equipment (accessories if supplied) and to have agreed that it is supplied in good condition unless he/she brings to the attention of M&M when it is set up and checked by the hirer when coming in to possession of the equipment any faults noted by the Hirer. THE HIRE PERIOD unless otherwise agreed is from delivery until times selected by the hirer or after at the discretion of M&M any obstruction by the hirer or their guests causing unnecessary delay will be charged at £35 per hour or part of, this also applies where ballpit balls are not bagged and ready for collection. PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE is excluded in its entirety following any claim or injury to any third party or employee whether directly or indirectly related to the use of drugs and/or alcohol. Some of our units include rain covers which are suitable for light rain and showers however during ongoing bad weather we advise the unit is vacated & wiped down with a towel when the weather dies off, before using it again. M&M excludes any liability for injury loss or damage caused to any person using the equipment contrary to the terms and conditions of this contract. IMPORTANT NOTICE Provided that the equipment is used in accordance with the above guidelines and conditions of hire, those using the inflatable should do so safely. However, accidents can happen. M & M can accept no liability for injuries sustained or any other loss, howsoever caused, in the absence of the negligence of M & M or its employees. As the equipment will be in the hirers possession and control whilst in use rather than M & M , any liability for injuries or other losses caused other than in the circumstances described above rests with the hirer. Accordingly, it is strongly recommended that the hirer has adequate public liability insurance covering his or her liability arising from the use of the inflatable. I DECLARE that I have read and understand these terms and conditions of hire and any relevant operating and safety instructions supplied with the equipment, and I sign the contract fully aware of the implications and responsibilities placed upon me by doing so.

The Hirer takes full responsibility to check the space and surfaces required for their chosen products this also includes for indoor bookings that the venue has been booked correctly . All sizes and suitable surface types are written on each product description. On delivery, if the product will not fit in the space provided or the incorrect surface type has been selected the hirer will still be charged the total outstanding amount of the hire. We cannot be held responsible if the inflatable does not fit. If you are unsure on size or surface type please feel free to give us a call.

Please note that the deposit is non-refundable, The Hirer is responsible for making sure that the product will fit in the provided space which will meet all space requirements, required sizes are available on the product page.

For Cancellations / Amendments -

A notice period of 7 or more days within the hire date you will be given a credit note of the total amount paid minus deposit.

A notice period of 7-3 days within the hire date we will require 50% of the booking to be paid if you have paid in full you will receive a credit note of 50% of the total booking.

3 days or less we still require 100% payment.

If you decide that the date or product needs to be changed this will incur a £20 admin fee.

If you book a package that includes multiple products for example 4 Teepees or Belltent for 4 and advise that you need to change numbers for a smaller amount a credit note will be given for that specific amount (4 teepees changed to 3 would be given a £20 credit note for future use)

When making a payment through our booking system all cards are saved on file, If there is a remaining balance 48 hours after your booking the system will automatically charge the saved card the remaining balance.

All credit notes have to be used within 12 months.

Deposits/Full payments will only be refunded due to high winds or if we as a company M&M have to cancel. Wind speeds of over 24mph

Party Tent Max Wind Speeds are 30mph (15mph if on Hard Surface i.e Concrete)
